Easy scenic, historic and strange. Saturday, November 27th
« on: November 20, 2021, 05:41:32 PM »
Hey all you Mojave Desert rats who like strange and unusual places as well as scenic and historic sites.  I am planning a trip on Saturday, November 27th to Afton Canyon and several other points of interest including grave sites, old mines and the mysterious Desert Megaphone.

Let me know if you are interested in this all day run of fun exploration.  This will be an easy trail ride, perfect for stock 4X4s. Four wheel drive will only be required for deep sand.  Be prepared to air down for flotation and air back up for the drive home. There will be considerable freeway driving to get to and from the trail. Bring lunch, plenty of water and good walking shoes.  We will meet at the Del Taco just East of I-15 at the Lenwood Road exit at 7:00am. This is a club run so a release of liability must be signed by all participants.
Never the last trail.
